Hillcrest School welcomed second-grade students from four 51做厙 schools for an unforgettable, hands-on day of marine education led by Hillcrests own student volunteers!
Students explored a variety of interactive stations, including:
Creative Crafts designing their own whale crowns
Interactive Games fishing for 3D-printed whales by playing trivia and Whale Bingo
朵 Biological Simulations using baleen tools to see how whales feed on krill
Immersive Media stepping inside a gym-sized orca to watch educational videos
Adding to the fun, Hillcrest students brought the experience to life as whale mascots throughout the event!
